Financials: Mar. Bonds are currently 10 lower at 142’18, 10 Yr. Notes 6 lower at 125’26 and the 5 Yr. Note 2.5 lower at 118’10.7. I still like the short side of these markets but prefer to play it with spreads such as long 10 Yr. Notes/short Bonds, long 5 Yr.
Notes/short 10 Yr. Notes or long June 2015/short June 2017 Eurodollars.

Grains: Mar. Corn is currently fractionally higher at 414’2, Jan. Beans 4’0 lower at 1034’4 and Mar. Wheat 3’4 lower at 632’0. If you remain short Mar. Wheat either take profits or lower your protective buy stop to 648’4.

Cattle: Yesterday Feb. LC closed 27 lower at 160.55 and May FC 325 lower at 216.50.
We remain negative but remain on the sidelines having covered all short biased position early last week. I will be a seller in LCG above 162.00 and a seller in FCK above 221.50.

Silver: Mar. Silver si currently a penny lower at 15.76 and Feb. Gold 3.00 lower at 1175.00. I am on the sidelines until next week.

S&P's: Mar. S&P’s are currently 1.00 higher at 2080.00. WE remain short and will sell the March S&P 1900 put against the position to reduce risk.

Currencies: As of this writing the Mar. Euro is currently 26 higher at 1.2211, the Swiss 21 higher at 1.0163, the Yen 14 higher at 0.8306 and the Pound 14 higher at 1.5524. I still prefer to trade the Euro from the long side on breaks for short term (1-3 days) trading. That being said we have taken a few small loses over the past week.
