Early Tuesday morning in Asia, the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo crossed wires while confirming that the US State Department is working with the Health & Human Services (HHS) Secretary Alex Azar and the US Vice President Mike Pence on coronavirus.

FX implications

Such news is more like confirmatory in nature to the previous announcements and has a little market reaction. Though, this does help to retain the current risk reset with the S&P 500 Futures staying mildly positive around 3,070.
