CORRECTION: Reported XRP staking program is a scam
- FXStreet wrongfully reported that XRP would launch a staking program.
- Ripple Labs has not issued any staking services for the remittance token.

CORRECTION: FXStreet wrongfully reported in the original version of this article that an XRP staking program had been launched. This information was also used to provide a misguided analysis of XRP price action, indicating that XRP could rally from the launch of this non-existent program. The article originally and wrongfully reported that Ripple Labs would deliver "the first 10,000 loyal investors a 12% to 27% yield by staking their XRP tokens on the program," which we failed to properly fact-check. The sources for this misguided report came from fake websites and email imposters. Ripple Labs did not inform or issue any statement regarding any XRP staking program whatsoever. FXStreet apologizes for the inconvenience caused to any readers.
