Gilts December contract
Gilts had an inside day retesting 112.13/17. If we continue higher today look for immediate resistance at 112.29/34. A good chance of a high for the day but above here a lot of resistance at 112.58/63. Try shorts with stops above 112.75.
Back below 112.05/00 keeps the market under pressure with September developing a short term bear trend & targets the 2 day low at 111.89/85. A break lower today meets late August lows at 111.47. A very good chance of a low for the day but longs need stops below 111.25. If however we continue lower look for 111.00/110.90.
