Singapore Flows: USD/SGD eyeing fresh four-year four-month highs (SMZC7801)

USD/SGD regained upward momentum in the morning session, tracking USD/JPY recovery. However, bulls stopped short of breaching immediate resistance at 1.3378 (5 Jan high). Prices last seen pulling back towards 1.3350. Expect a challenge of strong resistance of 1.3392 sooner rather than later given the firm dollar tone. Look out for hawkish bias in the Fed FOMC minutes from the Dec meeting. Also focus on US ADP employment survey. S$NEER was last seen at 0.78% below the midpoint. STI recovered, seen with 0.6% gain at last check. IF
