NZD/USD Daily technical analysis April 21, 2015


On Monday there was the weakening of the NZD against the US dollar, that's why the currency pair developed a corrective direction and formed a new minimum, this move finished the development of the rising trend of the week. Investors are expecting the further strengthening of the dollar and beginning of formation of the downward trend.

Main scenario

The currency pair is standing next to the lower boundary of a new downtrend. Current time is good for "Sales" in small lots, with the addition of 0.7693 and below 0.7616. The goal for "Sales" is 0.7541.

Alternative scenario

It is not expected the generating of signals for "Buys", but let's look through the most unlikely movement. If during the day the pair will be able to go beyond the the downward trend at the level of 0.7710, then it is possible to contunie of going up to 0.7775.

LEVELS

Of resistance: 0.7693, 0.7710, 0.7736, 0.7775.

Of support: 0.7541, 0.7579, 0.7616.
