USD/MXN: a big short?

Again the Cot Fx has provided us an excellent investment opportunity with an appropriate risk-reward ratio. The broad positioning of hedge funds from the short side in the past has always favoured the formation of a primary top of USDMXN and for this reason we had indicated the test of the two deviations of the bullish regression as an excellent entry level on the Peso. Having said that, the market has tested the top of 2008 in area 15.65 and has immediately come back. If the closing of March will be formalized under 15, we will have a typical reversal figure of the Japanese candlesticks known as shooting star that would confirm the positive view on the Mexican currency.
