US 10yr future now aims through key 125-07/08 targets
We have stated all week in our reports to clients that “we still see threat to 123-025, with risk of a bull break above 125-07/08”.
A solid Thursday tone has seen a probe above the April peak at 125-025 and leaves risk to critical barriers at 125-07/08 with mounting threat for a bullish break above here.
Only back below 124-14 eases upside pressures, with a more defensive range theme needing a break below 123-25.
The 8-day RSI is only just OB, leaving short-term scope to go still higher.
WHAT CHANGES THIS?
Upside: Above 125-08 fully re-energizes bull pressures to aim for 125-25/26, 126-155, maybe 126-26 chart/ retrace targets.
Downside: A break below 123-13 re-energizes bear risks aims for key 122-23/225 retrace/ chart props.
