US Commerce Sec. Ross: US and Chinese presidents may decide to reopen talks

U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross is now out on the wires, saying that President Trump and his Chinese counterpart Xi may decide to reopen trade talks. "The G20 meeting is not a forum for Trump and Xi to sign a final trade deal," Ross added.
