US 10-year note Treasury yield reaches 3.07%

The 10-year Treasury note yield surpassed 3.07% the highest since 2011. The 2-year yield is at 2.6%, its highest level since 2008.
The dollar, however, remains well off its daily highs, except against the JPY.
