UK PM May: EU made it clear there won't be a transition without a withdrawal agreement

While addressing the House of Commons, British Prime Minister Theresa May said that the EU had made it clear that there will not be a transition without a withdrawal agreement. May further explained that they had made funding available in case of a no-deal Brexit. "There will be hard choices for this House, needs to determine what its view is to move forward," May added.
