Sources: The UN aviation agency not considering 'no-fly' zone around N. Korea

Reuters quoted two sources familiar with the United Nation’s (UN) thinking noted that the UN aviation agency is not considering the creation of a “no-fly” zone around North Korea because the direction of the North’s missile tests is unpredictable.
One of the sources said: “It is so random, it (a no-fly zone) becomes ineffective.”
