EU's Juncker: Italy is moving in "unsound direction"

In an interview with Politico's Florian Eder, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker argued that Italy is running risks of being stuck in an excessive deficit procedure for years. "Italy is moving in unsound direction, has flexibility under EU budget rules," Juncker said.
Regarding Brexit, Juncker reiterated that the new Brexit deal won't be renegotiated and added that the new PM must respect the Withdrawal Agreement.
