Japanese Finance Minister Aso was reported by Reuters, saying that they have suggested another G7 teleconference to the US.

This seems to another attempt to discuss a global coordinated policy action to counter the economic fallout from the coronavirus outbreak.

Earlier today, Aso said that the government will respond appropriately depending on market conditions when asked about the possibility of intervention in the currency markets.
