Japan PM Abe: Not in a situation to declare an emergency now

Speaking in parliament on Wednesday, Japanese PM Shinzo Abe reaffirmed that they are not in a situation to declare an emergency now.
PM Abe outrightly overshadowed the comments from the government spokesman, citing that “we are at the brink of a virus-related emergency situation.”
