China home price growth eases in July, slowest since August 2016

Reuters out with the latest all China new home prices data for the month of July, revealing that the new home prices arrived at +9.7% y/y versus +10.2% previous. Meanwhile, on monthly basis, all China July new home prices came in at +0.4 pct m/m vs. +0.7% last.
