Analysts at Nomura offered their model projection for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 16 pips higher than the previous fix (6.6302 from 6.6286) and 25 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.6327. The basket implied change is 30 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.6297 from 6.6327)."
