US: Annual core CPI stays unchanged at 2.25 in December as expected

"The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) declined 0.1 percent in December on a seasonally adjusted basis after being unchanged in November," the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on Friday.
