UK: Government guidance says it will take a year to organise a second referendum - The Telegraph

Christopher Hope, chief political correspondent and assistant editor for the Daily Telegraph, said, in a Twitter thread, that the government guidance showed that it would take a year to organise a second referendum.
"MPs involved in the Brexit talks were handed a one page document setting out the timeline today," Hope added. "This is a contested timescale, I should add. Vince Cable tells Chopper's Brexit Podcast tomorrow that it can be done in half the time."
