Russia’s Novak: No OPEC+ output proposals in light of Venezuela crisis

Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak is on the wires now, noting that he doesn’t believe the sentiment around the oil markets will alter in the face of the Venezuelan crisis.
Novak noted there are no OPEC+ output proposals on the cards, in light of Venezuela crisis.
The OPEC+ pact is positive for the Russian oil companies, he added.
