Citing an OPEC source, Reuters said that OPEC and non-OPEC members recommended on Wednesday keeping oil output cuts at the same level when oil producers meet the following day. This report contradicts with the Kuwaiti representative's earlier statement, which suggested that they were not ruling out a scenario under which OPEC and non-OPEC would deepen the cut.
