Iran’s President Rouhani: Iran-US tensions are at 'a maximum'

Iranian state broadcaster IRIB quoted the country’s President Hassan Rouhani in a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, as saying that tensions between Tehran and Washington were at “a maximum” at present, as Reuters reports.
