France reports 423 confirmed coronavirus cases, Germany cases rise to 400

An official from the French Health Ministry said on Thursday, France now has 423 confirmed coronavirus cases, up from Wednesday’s 138. The country, so far, has reported 7 deaths.
President Macron said it is inevitable that COVID-19 will develop into an epidemic in France.
Meanwhile, Germany’s confirmed cases rose to 400 vs. 349 previously.
