Diary studies

As an organization, we are always looking for feedback to improve our products. We believe that research studies will help us better understand the day-to-day basis of traders. All data collected will be use only for the purpose of the research. The purpose of the research is to study the activities, scenarios and experiences traders face over time using our site.

What is a diary study?

In a diary study, participants go about their normal lives and they report what they’ve done or experienced via webform.

What will you use it for?

Diary studies will help us understand what is your typical day like, how do you interact with sites and tools over a specific period of time and how we can improve our service to better help you.

How long will it take?

The study will take 2 weeks to complete and participants will be reporting daily. First week we will ask you to report your daily activities related to trading, second week you will be asked to specifically use the premium service.

Will I be rewarded for my participation?

Yes, all participants will be rewarded with a 3-month subscription to our premium service. Those who complete the two-week study will receive an additional $25 gift card and will be included in a $200 gift card giveaway among all participants.

What do I have to do?

You will be asked to report information daily via webform. We will provide this link via email before beginning the study.

When will it start?

Next Monday April 12th, 2021.
