Brexit Secretary David Davis said the government will introduce Article 50 legislation within days.

He added that “Parliament will debate legislation. But I trust no-one will seek to make it a vehicle for attempts to thwart the will of the people”.

“Timetable to trigger Article 50 by end of Marc still stands”.

“We will once again be a fully independent sovereign country free to make our own decisions”.
