US pres Biden: United Nations General Assembly's vote demonstrates the extent of global outrage

US President Joe Biden said that the United Nations General Assembly's vote to condemn Russia for invading Ukraine "demonstrates the extent of global outrage at Russia's horrific assault on a sovereign neighbour and showcases unprecedented global unity.
Meanwhile, it is not going well for Mr Vladimir Putin, from both a domestic-economical and Ukraine invasion standpoint. The russian respedent has not been able to take Kyiv and his military has been battered with a death toll as high as 6,000 deaths and counting. The sanctions are crippling the economy and there are now reports that Russia's indexes are being removed from global indexes. The rouble touched a record low of 110 to the dollar in Moscow on Wednesday and crawled back near 100 in other trading platforms.
