Gold Technical Analysis: Yellow Metal under pressure, treading water near 2018 low

  • Gold bears are trying to revisit daily lows as the metal is trading below the 50, 100 and 200-period simple moving average on the 15-minute chart.
  • A strong breakout below the 2018 low at $1,270.10 a troy ounce can potentially open the gates to the 1,260 October 6, 2017 swing low in the coming weeks.
