EU is to agree to a further Brexit delay / Brexit draft conclusions: - BBC/ RTRS

"EU27 ambassadors will be discussing a draft document setting out a Brexit extension lasting “only as long as necessary and, in any event, no longer than [XX.XX.XXXX]” and ending earlier if the Withdrawal Agreement is ratified," Adam Fleming/ Brussels Reporter, BBC News.
What is apparent, is that the UK must hold EU parliament elections if it’s still an EU member on 23-26 May 2019 and has not ratified Brexit deal by 22nd May 2019
Brexit draft conclusions (RTRS):
The draft EUCO conclusions suggest the U.K. would have to leave on 1st June if it had not held elections for the European Parliament.
- UK to remain EU member with full rights, obligations.
- UK can revoke leave notification anytime.
