BoC's Poloz: Bank's decision to trim its estimate of the neutral rate is not permanent

While responding to questions after following his opening statement before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance, Bank of Canada Governor Poloz explained that the bank's decision to trim its estimate of the neutral rate was not permanent, adding that it was possible for the bank's estimate of the neutral rate to increase again one day.
