We are analyzing the activity of HFT algorithms in the Fx market and the USDCHF currency pair and note that this pair has already reached the first potential reversal area, namely the light HFT selling pressure zone which is noted at 1.0112 and above.
The price has already started to react here as USDCHF also reached the resistance trendline of an intraday retracement channel, as is shown on the chart.
If the resistance holds and a bearish signal is confirmed here, it could provide good selling opportunities to enter a short trade with a target toward the Intraday 1.0095 support zone and toward the light HFT buying pressure zone which is noted at 1.0078 and below.
