US: Senate starts voting on whether to begin healthcare debate

The U.S. Senate just started voting on whether to begin healthcare debate. The latest news suggests that the Republicans look like they will get enough votes with Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia, who was against the bill, is said to vote "yes" on the motion to proceed.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's speech was interrupted by protesters who were shouting "Kill the bill!" As of writing, the US Dollar Index is at session highs at 93.90, up 0.07% on the day.
