Stats NZ: Q3 GDP release delayed to Dec 22 vs. Dec 15 prev.

On Friday, Statistics New Zealand (Stats NZ) posted on its website that the NZ Q3 GDP report has been delayed, citing twin earthquakes as the reason behind the change of release calendar.

NZ GDP report will be now published on Dec 22, as against a release due on Dec 15.

The precious metal’s move higher is also underpinned by the slight pullback in the US Dollar and declining US Treasury yields across the curve.
