Reuters is reporting PBOC Governor Zhou's view on Yuan and capital account convertibility-

Internationalization of Yuan cannot be forced.
Will steadily and gradually push forward with capital account convertibility.
PBOC will play a more important role in the new regulatory framework.
China needs to deal with the risks from financial and other firms.

EUR/USD clings to daily gains, still below 1.1900
