Italy's Conte: No reason to change budget

According to Reuters, Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte sees no reason to make any changes to the budget proposal and confirms that the Italian government will reply to the EU by Monday. Reportedly, Conte believes that the budget overshoot is not as bad as the European Commission claims.
