Irish PM Vardakar: A November Brexit deal may not be possible

Ireland Prime Minister Leo Varadkar was out on the wires in the last hour, saying that a November deadline for Brexit deal is achievable, but may not be possible.
The comments seemed to have offset the recent Brexit optimism and eventually exerting some downward pressure on the British Pound.
Meanwhile, the GBP/USD pair quickly retreated over 50-pips from near three-week tops and has now slipped back below the 1.3200 handle.
