Irish PM Varadkar: Possible to come to agreement on Brexit in November

Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar is reported by Reuters, as saying that he hopes that the Brexit talks are in the final few weeks.

The backstop is seen only as an insurance.

With a view to having the summit in December.
