Germany’s Handelsblatt newspaper cited industry and diplomatic sources late-Wednesday, as saying that the Trump administration has invited the heads of Volkswagen, BMW and Daimler to the White House to discuss US tariffs on carmakers, according to Reuters.

Further Details:

The meeting could possibly take place as soon as next week, depending on the circumstances.

It is not known whether U.S. President Donald Trump would attend the meeting.
