EU's Malmstrom: Optimism in trade negotiations has eroded

According to several news outlets, the European Union's Trade Commissioner, Cecilia Malmstrom, has recently crossed the wires saying that the optimism in trade negotiations had eroded.
Yesterday, Malmstrom announced that the U.S. and the EU hadn't agreed on the scope of trade talks and added that the EU was willing to include all industrial goods including cars in trade negotiations with the U.S.
