According to advanced data for EUR futures markets from CME Group, open interest rose marginally by around 1.1K contracts on Tuesday from Monday’s final 495,631 contracts. In the same line, volume increased by 12.6K contracts, partially reverting Monday’s sharp drop.
EUR/USD consolidative ahead of ECB
EUR/USD extends the sideline theme at/around 1.1700 the figure amidst rising open interest and volume, leaving the door open for extra consolidation in the very near term while cautiousness is poised to raise ahead of the ECB event tomorrow.
