Dax first resistance at 11630/650

Dax December contract

Dax first resistance at 11630/650. Shorts need stops above 11699 again today!! A break higher targets 11770/790. Shorts need stops above the September low at 11860. A break higher again targets 11900/920 & 11980/999.

Failure to beat 11630/650 re-targets first support at 11500/520. Bulls are starting o wim back control, so a bounce from here possible buy further losses meet key support at 11420/400. A break below 11370 triggers stops & could quickly target 11250/230, 11150/140 & 10950/930 & further significant losses could be expected in to the end of October.

DAX

Eurostoxx December contract

EuroStoxx failure to beat 3195/3205 retests key 18 year trend line support at 3165/55 for another buying opportunity. Below here meets good support at 3100/3080 from the price action from March to November 2016...also the 200 month MA. Below 3060 should trigger stops again to 3015.

Minor resistance at 3195/3205 but 3225/35 is more of a challenge again. A break higher targets strong resistance at 3260/70. A high for the day likely but shorts need stops above 3285. If we continue higher look for a selling opportunity at 3315/25, with stops above 3335.

EURO

Ftse December contract

FTSE holding above minor support at 6985/80 meets strong resistance at 7030/40. Shorts need stops above 7055. A break higher is a buy signal targeting 7120/30. Try shorts with stops above 7150. A break higher targets 7180/90. Above 7205 look for minor resistance at 7220/25 then a selling opportunity at 7265/75.

Failure to hold minor support at 6985/80 risks a slide to 6950 & 6930 before very important support at 6920/6900. This has to be worth try longs (again), with stops below 6860. A break lower is a sell signal initially targeting the 2018 low at 6780/6766 with a break below here obviously signalling further significant losses in to the end of the week.
