Cable: Carney & Brexit Manoeuvres – Sterling has traded mostly softer so far today after surging on Thursday and Friday last week, in the wake of the BoE unexpected laying of the groundwork for a first-in-a-decade rate hike. The pound is presently showing a 0.3% decline against both the dollar and euro on the day, though has managed some gains versus the underperforming yen. Cable logged low at 1.3533, down over 90 pips from the 15-month high that was pegged in early London trading today, at 1.3518.
