The best method to identify a classic “price action reversal” is for an hourly candle to close, such as a pin bar, a doji, an outside or even just an engulfing candle with a higher close. You can exploit these levels or zones by watching the price action that occurs at the given levels.
AUD/USD Analysis
The strong ppressure on the US dollar last week and strong selling pushed the pair to move towards the 0.7292 resistance level at the end of last week's trading before settling around 0.7262 early this week. The general trend remains bearish since the US-China trade war is not doing good to the Australian economy. Therefore, I prefer to sell the pair at each bounce back.
There is nothing important due today concerning the AUD or USD.
