Developing story: Trump says the US to impose 5% tariff on all goods from Mexico

Further to earlier reports, Trump has now confirmed that the US will impose 5% tariff on all goods from Mexico from June 10th. This has sent markets into risk-off mode.

Trump has followed up and said tariffs will keep rising beyond 5% after July 1st until Oct 1st where they will go up to as high as 25%.
He added that tariffs will remain at 25% or less until Mexico drops the illegal inflow of aliens into his country.
