The company is entering a strong time of year with 17 gains in the last 25 years between Feb 16 and September 02. The UK housing market has been boosted by the recent stamp duty freeze scheme which has just been extended. Today the FTSE100 and the FTSE250 have seen strong bids as the UK vaccinates nearly 25% of its population. Is the Berkeley Group set for some strong gains.
