Reuters is out with comments by Saudi oil minister and sounded less confident over reaching an agreement on cutting oil production.

In the meantime, a Russian energy source was noted saying that Russia is ready to cut oil output by 200,000 bpd if OPEC offers to cut more than 1 million bpd.
