Russia’s Novak: premature to talk about cooperation format with OPEC post-2018

The Russian Energy Minister Novak was on the wires last hour, via Reuters, noting that it is premature to talk about the cooperation format with the OPEC post-2018.

Novak added that the OPEC and non-OPEC producers may ease output reductions as early as 2018.
