Russia's Novak does not rule out oil price reaching $100 per barrel

Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak recently crossed the wires saying that he did not rule out oil (Brent) price reaching $100 per barrel, as reported by LiveSquawk.
Following this comment, the barrel of Brent recovered modestly and last seen trading flat near $86.
