Qatar’s EnergyMin: Qatar to withdraw from the OPEC from January

Reuters reports the latest comments by Qatar’s Energy Minister, Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, as he says that Qatar to withdraw from the OPEC from January.

The Minister added that Qatar will continue to abide by all commitments like any country outside the OPEC, but Qatar will not be committed to OPEC agreements after exiting.
