Mexican Deputy ForeignMin Seade: Move from US Pres. Trump is 'very extreme'

Mexican Deputy Foreign Minister Seade was on the wires last hour, via Reuters, responding to the latest tariffs imposed by the US President Trump on Mexico.
Key Headlines:
Move from Trump was unexpected.
This is 'very extreme'.
The normal route would be to 'mirror' the tariffs, but that would lead to a trade war.
If tariffs are put in place would be negative for the economy.
Just before the tariffs were slapped by the US Administration, Seade noted the following:
If President Trump's threat to impose tariffs is carried out it would be disastrous.
If tariffs are imposed we would respond "strongly".
We will not remain with our "arms folded" before tariff deadline to see if threat is serious.
Trump tweets a lot, only some are put into action.
