Italy's Giorgetti: Won't rule out over-3% deficit - ANSA

Italian news outlet ANSA reported that in an interview with Sky TG24, Italy's Cabinet Secretary Giancarlo Giorgetti on Monday said he could not "rule out" the 2019 budget breaking the EU's 3% to GDP rule, which is the threshold for receiving funds for infrastructure maintenance and construction programme.
"I'm not ruling anything out. Let's hope (public works) will be judged in a different way by the EU," Giorgetti further added, as reported by ANSA.
